First Coaching or Therapy Session
This first session allows us to dive in. Tell me what is on your mind, and what you want to accomplish. If you find the session valuable, sign up for more sessions. But there is no obligation.
Each session is devoted to helping you overcome obstacles, clarify goals, organize your thoughts about the scope of your memoir, or solve any other challenge you are facing. You may optionally send up to 3,000 words in writing.
Talk therapy helps you rely on your existing self-soothing tools, develop new ones, and integrate the parts of yourself.
